Titel:
the truth lies in between.
Conversations with former members of the Old Boys Network.

About:
The Old Boys Network (OBN) described itself as “the first international cyberfeminist alliance”. Founded in 1997 as part of documenta X's Hybrid Workspace, the network was active until 2001. OBN's concern was to “provide a context for various artistic, theoretical, and political formulations related to cyberfeminism” (www.obn.org). Processing, archiving, and digitising this relevant history of the connection between feminism and technology was the goal of the obn_archive project. The guiding principles were based on the structure and ideas proposed by OBN itself: “the mode is the message - the code is the collective.” This also includes linking this past to the present through oral history. A total of 12 interviews with former OBN members were conducted by Malin Kuht.
